1) Wine Adventures Boise Wine Tours LLC will transport you from an agreed upon pickup location in our service area defined as the cities of Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Marsing, Homedale, and Wilder. Pickup at another location outside our service area may be possible if a) we agree to do so, and b) if there is payment of an additional fee as determined by us. After the tour, we will drop you off at the pickup location unless another location has been mutually agreed upon.

2) While on tour we will transport you to the wineries on the schedule at the approximate times on the schedule. However, unexpected conditions occasionally arise that necessitate a change to the schedule. You agree to allow us to make changes as we deem best to deal with any unexpected conditions.

3) CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Wine Adventures Boise Wine Tours LLC will credit you for the tour fee if you cancel more than 48 hours before the date of the tour. Your credit can be applied to offset the costs of a future tour. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of the tour will result in loss of your tour fee.

In the event that we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either refund the tour fee to you or, if you choose, apply a credit towards a future tour on a mutually agreed upon date.

4) There is no eating or consuming beverages other than clear bottled water allowed while in the tour vehicle.

5) We reserve the right to terminate the tour, without refund of tour amounts paid, at any time if, in our judgment, one or more customers exhibit signs of intoxication or engages in bad behavior. This includes the use of profanity which we judge to be coarse and vulgar and potentially endangers our business relationships with the wineries.

If one or more customers become verbally or physically abusive, we will terminate the tour immediately and customers will have to arrange their own transportation back to the pickup location without refund or credit of tour fees paid.

6) Wine Adventures Boise Wine Tours LLC reserves the right to keep all or part of any contingency deposit made against cleaning and/or repairs necessary for damage to the interior or exterior of the tour vehicle beyond ordinary wear and tear while on tour.

7) Tour participants are required to sign a Release of Liability waiver prior to the beginning of a tour.

8) We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items while on tour.

9) Participants may be photographed during the tour. You give us permission to use your photographic image(s) without compensation for our promotional purposes.
